The University continues to closely monitor the potential impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) on our community.
In response to Governor Jared Polis and Mayor Michael Hancock’s Stay-at-Home orders, the latter of which runs through April 30, DU is restricting building access to only essential staff. “Essential” staff have been contacted by their supervisors. In addition, some undergraduate students are living in our residence halls for spring quarter. Spring quarter runs from March 30 through June 11, and all classes will be held online.
We are heeding the advice of health care professionals regarding physical distancing and following appropriate notification protocols when necessary. There are two confirmed cases of DU graduate students with COVID-19. One has not been on campus since March 4; the other hasn’t since March 9. Both are self-quarantined. There’s one confirmed case of a DU undergraduate student with COVID-19. That student lives off campus
